Payment Terms
Blackhurst Aviation typically requires a 50% deposit to commence work, with the balance due upon completion. Payment methods include check, bank transfer, and major credit cards.
Cancellation by Customer
If you cancel before work begins, your deposit will be refunded in full. If cancellation occurs after work has commenced but before completion, a pro-rated refund will be provided based on work completed, less any applicable restocking or material costs.
Cancellation by Blackhurst
We reserve the right to cancel service in certain circumstances. If we must cancel, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
Disputes and Resolution
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you have concerns about work completed, please contact us immediately. We will work to address any issues and find a fair resolution.
Warranty Claims
Our service agreements include specific warranty terms. Warranty claims are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the terms of your service agreement.
